here! We are so excited to announce that Nem x Mila are continuing their research into identity and social VR. I remember when the results of their previous survey, Social VR Lifestyle Survey 2023, was released it became the main topic of conversation in many of our communities. Including an introduction to Nem’s book “Metaverse Evolution Theory”).

Mila has been working on many exciting projects and we’ve been lucky to work with her. When I asked

how they first got in contact he explained, “Long story short, I reached out to Mila last summer to get in touch and see how the 2023 Lifestyle survey results were going. We then met in VRChat last winter to chat about a potential Glitches.VR collaboration and the goal was to connect our knowledge of Western culture with her knowledge of Japanese culture in social VR. We kept going from there with Glitches.VR’s contributions to the NHK documentary and now this survey collaboration.”

We had the chance to take this new survey, Identity in the Metaverse, early and provide feedback. The survey takes between 10 and 20 minutes to complete and provides opportunities for participants to explain their thoughts, feelings and reasons behind the multiple choice questions. The press release outlines that “the aim of this survey is to gain a deeper qualitative understanding of the nature of social VR users’ identities.”

They are looking for active social VR users across all platforms! So if you hop on more than 5 times a year please take some time to check it out, and share with your friends.
